Tina Holden, Publisher of Seminole County Woman
Dear Seminole County Readers,

This issue features it’s a New Year - New You. Many of us have probably asked ourselves if there are things that we can do today to ensure our tomorrow. What can we do for ourselves, our life, and our focus to ensure the quality and balance in all we do?

When I decided to pursue the opportunity of becoming a woman’s publisher, I wanted to know if was a product our community would welcome? Was there need? Would it be something I would truly do with all the passion I believe in as I would do anything in business? My answer to all of those questions turned into YES, YES and YES.

As you all know Seminole County Woman is turning the leaf of its third year. It has been a true joy to have been given this phase of my life and to be in a position to watch women and businesses thrive in the area, with our readership in Seminole County. I have also been truly blessed to have been doing business in this area for more
than 25 years.

I hope that we all welcome the additional challenges as opportunities ahead by not letting the economy gets to us.
By building on our passions and watching the rewards come in by sharing those passions with others, trust me
when I say, all will follow in all you do. We all have a habit of day to day grind getting in the way and not doing
what we should be doing for ourselves, Take note, Take action, and one step at a time.

Creating more jobs will sustain our economy, even if it’s only a part time one, and listening to someone who may
just need to share. Our issue this month introduces not just a strong Health and Wellness focus but also new
women behind the publisher and I hope you welcome them too.

Focus your new year on your new you in all you do. Taking care of you does not have to be a chore but yet a
positive step towards a healthier you, like Dr. Eric says, you are your best investment and without you, there is
nothing.

Be your best and live your best YOU
Till next time and in 2009
